Description

Kingston is another major site. It is situated in an affluent area southwest of London, nestled in lush surroundings. Popular area attractions include the River Thames for boating, and Richmond Park, a large wild deer park on the periphery of London. Paediatrics is off site at Chertsey Hospital and students are required to travel each day to this popular rotation.

A limited number of rooms are available for single students (in a neighbouring hospital about four miles away) at a cost of about $500 per month. Single private accommodations cost about $700-$1100 per month. Married students who have been at Kingston have paid about $1000-$1300 per month for accommodations.

Depending on tastes, expenses range from $450-$850 per month for single students. Married students may expect to pay about $1200 per month.
